Volume 4  2000-2004 :  Volume 5  2005-2007: Volume 6 2008 Golden Jubilee Year Book

Historic Formula Junior has been one of the great success stories of historic racing, with both the FIA Lurani Trophy European championship and a strong UK series, together with prestige events at Goodwood, Monaco, Pau etc. These books provide a unique record of all Historic Formula Junior races held in Europe between 2000 and 2007 and world-wide in the Golden Jubilee Year 2008. Also included are 1.0 litre Formula 3 races. They are the first results of a mammoth project to fully document Formula Junior racing after its conclusion as a current formula in 1963. Future volumes will in-fill the earlier years, including when FJ cars were to be found in UK club racing’s Monoposto Formula and Formula Four.

In as far as it has been possible to obtain the data, each race is covered in the usual Formula One Register style with entry list, chassis numbers, grid positions, full results with race times and competitors’ fastest laps. A sample page is attached. The wealth of detail is huge and the books provide a permanent record of this most successful of historic racing classes. It should be noted that these are record books; there are no photographs. In Volumes 4 and 5 there are no race descriptions but these are provided for many races in 2008.

The books have sold well and have been very positively received. Only a limited number remain in stock and there is no current intention to reprint them. The books are being sold at £60 each plus P & P (see order form)
